Van Buren County Statewide Arrest Records Check

ARCH is the public path for a full state arrest and conviction check. Ark. Code Ann. § 12-12-1501 et seq. is the statute. Act 1185 of 2015 created the tool. ARCH pulls from the ACIC database and ties results to fingerprints. A single search runs $24.00. That breaks down to $20 for the search, $2 to the Information Network of Arkansas, and $2 for the card processor. Launch at arch.ark.org.

You need the subject's first and last name, sex, and date of birth. Results come back as subject identified with a record, subject identified with no record, or no subject found. Common names can throw several hits. Race or ZIP helps narrow things. Anyone can see and challenge their own ACIC record at no cost under Ark. Code Ann. § 12-12-1013. Call the ACIC Criminal History Division at 501-682-2222.

ARCH leaves out juvenile records, dismissed charges, not-guilty findings, active warrants, sealed records, pardoned convictions, out-of-state history, federal history, traffic arrests, and arrests without prints. Certified copies for immigration or adoption need form ASP-122 mailed to the Arkansas State Police Identification Bureau in Little Rock. Mail fee is $25.
