ISOMS is the quickest route to a current Columbia County booking. For an older arrest or a certified copy of an arrest report, file a FOIA request at the sheriff's front desk or by mail.

The sheriff also hosts general contact info, division names, and public announcements on the main site. When you need a booking from a prior month, the front desk is still the best first call. Staff can tell you whether a report is still in the sheriff's file or has been moved to the Circuit Clerk with the case.

Columbia County Jail Booking Records

Booking data includes the name, age, date of birth, charges, bond, custody class, and arresting officer. Magnolia and the surrounding area all feed into the same jail.

ISOMS shows a 72-hour intake and release view. That's handy when you need to confirm a recent booking fast. Full booking sheets and mugshots require a FOIA request if they aren't posted. Copy fees cannot run above the real cost under Ark. Code Ann. § 25-19-101. The sheriff has three business days to respond.

Bond categories on ISOMS span from no-bond holds to seven-figure amounts. That spread matches the full range of charges booked in a county this size. Felony and misdemeanor counts share the list, along with holds from other jurisdictions.

Note: Columbia County's ISOMS portal posts bond amounts in real time, so you can see exactly what a release would take during early pretrial stages.

Sealing Columbia County Arrest Records

Arkansas uses the word seal where other states say expunge. The Comprehensive Criminal Record Sealing Act of 2013 at Ark. Code Ann. § 16-90-1401 sets the rules. You file the petition in Columbia County Circuit Court where the case was heard. Misdemeanors are eligible right after the sentence ends in most cases. Felony eligibility depends on the charge and can run up to five years.

A sealed record does not return from ARCH or CBC. The file stays with the court and with law enforcement for narrow uses. Juvenile sealing follows Ark. Code Ann. § 9-27-309 and has its own form set. Standard forms are posted on the Administrative Office of the Courts site at arcourts.gov.

Ineligible offenses include serious violent felonies, sex offenses that require registry, public sexual indecency, indecent exposure, and exposing another person to HIV. The Columbia County Circuit Clerk can point you to the right form set and state the filing fee.
